Shipping Details

We want to get your items to you as quickly as possible! Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order. During high volume times such as holidays and new product releases, please allow us extra time to prepare for shipping.

We will provide tracking information to you when your items leave our studio. Most orders should arrive to you within 1-3 business days after the post office receives it. After your orders leave our hands, its location is out of our control. Please expect and allow extra time for shipping delays during holidays and high volume shipping times. If you have any issues receiving your package please reach out to the USPS, and if you are unable to come to a resolution with them, reach out to us and we will do what we can to help locate your items.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Other Return Details

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cabinfeversoapco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
